Paypal Credit Card payments accepted!  I charge 8.25% Sales tax for California residents, per California regulations.  Your transaction will show up as "Wearing History" in your paypal account, which is my legal business name.

Returns Policy

All sales are final.

If there is a problem with your transaction please contact me as soon as possible so we can work on a resolution.

If you are concerned about package loss or damage please request to add shipping insurance and tracking to your purchase for an additional fee that is based on package value. International packages can only be insured with priority mail- first class does not include this option.

Shipping

I am only able to ship once a week.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

I sell authentic vintage patterns in my Etsy store, and will combine shipping between shops.  Just send me a message after checkout and I will send a shipping refund, if applicable.

Shipping Selections are Made at Checkout- Please select flat rate or WH Pattern rate for Wearing History Patterns.  Up to two Wearing History patterns can fit in one flat rate Priority envelope.  Occasionally the shipping calculator on the website will be in error, in which case I will message you in case any extra funds are needed for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL-
Depending on your country customs charges may be applicable for purchases on your end. Customs charges vary from country to country- please check with your post office to see which charges may apply. Please note I do not mark items as "gift", and put the actual item price (excluding shipping) on forms according to US laws.  I do not cover customs charges, so please be sure to factor in any fees which may be incurred by your country's postal system.  Shipping insurance for loss and damage and are only available for international shipping with Priority Mail (excluding flat rate priority) for an additional fee.  Please leave me a note at check out if you would like to add this service to your Priority Mail package or need help upgrading shipping.  First class mail and priority mail do not include tracking but the customs form number is attached to your paypal payment when I get your item ready to ship.  If you would like insurance and tracking for your puchase it will need to be upgraded to Express Mail- please message me for shipping quotes if you would like your items shipped this way.  International buyers please be aware that packages weighing more than 4lbs are not available for First Class mail rates due to US regulations, so will need to be shipped via Priority mail.

I do not ship to destinations of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria, via USPS regulations.  Sorry!

International packages can only be insured with regular priority mail- first class and flat rate priority do not include this option. This service is an additional fee from USPS based on item value- usually between $1-$3 within the USA, but for valuable items it's a good way to protect your investment. International packages can only be insured with regular priority mail (not priority flat rate)- first class does not include an option for insurance.  If you live outside the USA and want tracking for your puchase it will need to be upgraded to Express Mail (which also includes insurance)- please message me for shipping quotes if you would like your items shipped this way.

Transit Times, Tracking, Etc:

Holidays, weather, misrouted packages, and other unforeseen things may occur once the package is in the hands of the shipping agent which may delay the arrival. Paypal should forward you a tracking number through email on all orders within the USA, and if it doesn't you can find the number in your Paypal transaction record on the Paypal site.  If you live outside the USA and want tracking for your puchase it will need to be upgraded to Express Mail (which also includes insurance)- please message me for shipping quotes if you would like your items shipped this way.  For international buyers you should expect Priority mail packages from 5-12 days from the time they ship. USPS first class can take up to three weeks to reach international buyers from the time they are shipped, sometimes longer or shorter depending on delays.

Pattern Use Policy

Wearing History Patterns are for personal home sewing or non profit use.  These patterns are not for commercial use and are not to be used to create clothing for sale.  Custom seamstresses may use patterns for their individual client, provided that one pattern is purchased per client, as per industry standards.  It takes me a very long time and a lot of work and research to make each individual pattern available.  In order to keep making new patterns available in the future I will need your support!  Please respect my work, and let us help support one another as artists. Thank you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. In the event of refused service the sale will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
