1930s Shetland Blouse- PDF Knitting Pattern

A lovely and chic knitted blouse pattern from the mid 1930s.  The original description reads:

"The high neckline, the fancy stitch in the yoke, the back closing, are novel features of this distinctive model."

This blouse pattern is for a vintage size 16 which is a 34 inch bust, 28 inch waist.

Materials required to make this blouse include:

• Six 1-ox balls of Yellow Shetland Floss (though you can substitute your own color choice)
• 1 set of circular knitting needles, 3 MM
• 1 set of D.P.  needles, 2 1/4 MM

I am uncertain how this translates into modern yarn weight and lengths.
