1930s Crepe Floss Dress- PDF Knitting Pattern

A classic mid 1930s two piece dress to knit.  The original description reads:

"A charming two-piece creation.  The lacey top is just the thing to replace the silk blouse of your suit on coolish days."

This pattern is for a vintage size 16 which is a 34 inch bust, 28 inch waist.

This pattern takes the following materials:

• For skirt: Twelve 3/4-oz balls of Blue Crepe Floss
• For blouse: Six 3/4-oz balls of Blue Crepe Floss
• 1 set of circular knitting needles, size 3 MM
• 1 pair of bone knitting needles, size 4 MM
• 1 pair of steel needles, 2 1/4 MM

I am uncertain how this translates into modern yarn weight and lengths.
